Food, and everything related to it, that is what I have always loved.The insipiration was my family. we all loved to eat, and my mom, loved to cook. grew up seeing her cooking away her delicacies. right through high school and then for my majors in college, I took up food and nutrition as my major
It was at that time, when I got intrested in the science of cooking and the science behind food.
Took up a job as a nutritional and food consulatant and worked for three years in Delhi (india), developing recipes, evaluating menus and counselling patients.
Got married and came here to the United states. Due to visa restrictions I am not able to work, so I thought of starting this blog.
Its a way to share my knowledge of food and all that is related to it with everyone.
To savour a unique dish called "knowledge" using "learning and sharing" as its key ingredients.
